Had an appointment as a new customer at 1pm. Girl was late by 5 or 10 minutes. Had a picture of what I wanted done, and while she did cut it, it seemed she was distracted the entire time. Even going to help at the register at one point. When all was said and done, my hair did not look like the picture, not even remotely close as hair was sticking out in odd directions.
