The only reason they get one star is you can't give them zero. They are as crooked as they come. They damage property and try to make you pay for it. They are good talkers not so good roofers
I would give them No stars if that were an option!! They came out to do my roof and didn't run the flu out of my home for the heater and water heater! We didn't notice the damage being done to the home till a couple years later!! They could have KILLED us with pumping carbon monoxide back into our home! Needles to say it caused mold everywhere. They destroyed my home. They also never pulled a work permit! Now the bids to fix my home are 80,000 or more!! Also they installed the vent system improperly! GAF came out and failed ... read more
Love Knockout Roofing! Duane replaced my roof. It's the only company I would recommend!
I called today to schedule an appointment for a bid on a roof replacement. I got an appointment via their customer service line. Shortly after Chris Hardy called to tell me he couldn't accommodate that date/time. He did offer other times but when I explained I wouldn't be the one meeting with him he was put out, questioning me on everything, feeling it wasn't okay to not be meeting with the person paying for the roof (the person he would be meeting with is fully authorized to make all decisions).
