I had an emergency when my water heater started to leak. I called them and they came by and provided the entire solution of obtaining a new unit, installing it to meet code requirements and hauling away the old unit, all in the same day.
We had an outgoing drain pipe leak under the house which was attracting rodents. We called Knockout Plumbing because we used them previously on an exterior leak. Martin came and looked at the situation and gave us a very reasonable quote. He then did the repair to our satisfaction. Efficient and responsive! Juan was super friendly and came out late on a Sunday to quickly resolve a sewer blockage. Martin came out the next morning to patiently talk me through my options since my home's plumbing is in bad shape. Plumbing issues are unfortunately an unavoidable fact of life, but I now know who to call!
