Had an appointment for 8am. Had to call them at 8:40am because of no show. Told me there guy just left the shop and should arrive at 9:15am . 9:15am came no show. Called back and to find out the guy is not even on his way. A wasted morning. Now have to reschedule. Unprofessional to not call the customer and let them know there is a delay
