I had a very disappointing experience. From the beginning, communication was difficult—responses took over a day, which made planning frustrating. I was also asked to pay the full amount upfront, while most salons only require around a 50% deposit. Because of this and the poor communication, I decided not to proceed. Unfortunately, I feel like I just wasted my time. I’d recommend improving communication and business practices to better serve clients.
I had the best experience with Kennedy, she absolutely nailed my hair extensions! The installation was flawless, and the blend is so seamless it looks completely natural. You can tell she takes real pride in her work because every detail was done with precision and care. She made the whole process comfortable and easy, and the results honestly exceeded my expectations. I’ve already gotten so many compliments! If you’re thinking about getting extensions, I can’t recommend Kennedy enough.
Kennedy was extremely helpful and guided me through everything!! My hair looks amazing and it’s super healthy! I was worried it would damage my hair but she made sure everything was all safe. She made me feel absolutely beautiful again! I most definitely will be coming back because of the results and amazing service.
