I love a good homemade Shish Kabob. I had Knockout Deli's on pita served with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and sliced cucumbers served with a tzatziki sauce on the side. The beef shish kabob offered good flavor from the precooked charring on the grill, but since it was reheated in a microwave for use, it did suffer from dryness.
