RecommendedKnockout was hands-down the best auto experience I've ever had. They took care of me the entire time. When my insurance was a headache, they handled it. When the rental car shop took ages to come pick me up from Knockout, they called them and offered me a ride themselves. They kept me in the loop with every step of the process and at the end of it all, gave me a bundle of candy from Shubert's! I don't trust or recommend a shop more than this one! Thank you Knockout!
It’s been a horrendous experience - week after week after week after week of another reason my truck isn’t done (been there since Feb 18 - it’s April 27th today). Yesterday the lady told me they “discovered” they’d ordered the wrong parts to put it back together and that one part they’re having trouble finding. I’m not the type to write negative things - I just want done what we agreed on - problem is they seem unable to deliver due to total incompetence.
Such a great shop. so nice and the price is fair, for the amazing work they do. I am beyond happy. I highly recommend this shop.
