It’s a great place to learn, grow, and train. They have a good sense of community. While helping meet people where they are to help sharpen techniques and reach their goals. The facility has a good amount of heavy bags, weight equipment, and knowledgeable coaches. They also keep it clean and ready to go for the next workouts!
