I had an amazing experience! All the staff members were very friendly and helpful. I was a newbie to boxing (and any sort of physical exercise to that matter). I joined purely because I lived close and I wanted to do something new, and I am so glad I did!
Everyone there is amazing! Came in with absolutely no experience, Jon and Cameron truly are the best! Any questions that I had they helped me with. Classes were fun and the instructors helped whenever someone needed help. I did personal training most of the time and Cameron made my exercises really easy to follow and ensured that if I was doing the exercises wrong or if I struggled in a certain area he helped me work on those parts. It feels like youre part of the knockout family when you come in!
After realizing I wasn't mentally ill enough for Crossfit, I found boxing. I checked out 3 gyms and chose this one because all the coaches have been in formal fights. From my experience, coaches that haven't fought are teaching a theory, rather than the sport itself. All the coaches are great, but I do have a favorite! They also offer standard person training, kids classes, programs for individuals with special needs, and other combat sports (MMA).
