I had my appointment a week ago with (Lexthelashprincess) and decided not to return based on my experience. During the service, I felt the lash application was not gentle, as my eyelids were being pinched multiple times while lashes were being removed and applied at the same time. During the appointment, my eyes were left burning and uncomfortable. I also felt the way my concerns were addressed afterward was unprofessional, including bringing up that I liked a video on social media. Because of this, I won’t be returning.
I have been going to Darlin for 6 years. She does amazing work from lashes to brows. I am always happy with her work and highly recommend her.
