My elderly parents called them up because the supply line under the utility sink was dripping. They came out and replaced 2 shut off valves and 2 water supply lines. Material cost less than $25 and any amateur plumber can do this in 15 minutes. Total charge was $245.00 That is highway robbery. They showed me the bill. I called the company and asked what they would charge to replace these 4 pieces in an existing home. He said $300 to $400. I almost choked. Thats like paying $25 for a gallon of milk. what happened to me. – The furnace in one of my rentals quit. I called Service Experts. They said it was useless. The furnace needed a new control board. It would cost $895.00. .In fact I really should replace the furnace at $3000.00 and I should do it today, RIGHT AWAY. I was stunned and a little taken aback because of the quick up sale. MY PURSE WAS STOLEN! – I hired TMAAT to help load furniture for 2 hrs from my apartment to a moving truck that I rented. Here is what went wrong: The men called 4 hrs before they were supposed to arrive to tell me they were on their way. They arrived 40 min later and then spent 15 min parking their moving truck they were'nt supposed to bring. I was then billed for all this time.
