We worked with Susan McMackin at knob and key realtor. She was great! (Her communication skills was excellent!) She was on the spot when we wanted to look a homes. She wasn't pushy to try and make a sale and respected our decision when we looked at homes but decided it wasn't the right fit for us.she sent us many listing on homes on the market and homes that were coming up.she kept us up to date on the process when we were buying our house.she was always on time when looking at homes and during the closing process. Highly recommend Connie Brown for both buyers and sellers. She is very prepared, practical and knowledgeable about real estate. She’s also very attentive to client needs and wants and does a great job balancing all the things! Connie took wonderful photos of our home that presented nicely online and dealt with all the details of social media, open houses and showings. Best of all: we got our price and closed on time. And as a bonus she very much likes her work and brings authenticity, joy and enthusiasm into the process.
Presley helped us buy our new house in March and then sell our old one after. She was so sweet, easy to communicate with, offered good advice, and did a great job advocating for us, both sales were complete pretty quickly. We would definitely want her to be our realtor again if the need ever arises, and definitely recommend her to anyone else looking for someone!
Incredible experience working with Nick. My situation wasn't typical or easy and required some extra services like a clean up, dumpster, and a last minute grass cutting. Nick was attentive and communicative about every step of the process and got a great result. I think we had 10 offers and several were above listing. I would highly recommend Nick and his team.
