I have had a number of issues at this salon, but keep giving them a chance. Last year I got a regular gel manicure and after a week it was chipping off. They offered to redo it for free, which I appreciated. Last month, I got builder gel and it started popping off a few weeks later as if it was a press-on. I contacted them and they said “oh you need a fill”. Yeah but regardless, they shouldn’t be popping off. They were also very clumpy. Randomly wandered in at the perfect time before the afternoon rush. The pedicure was wonderful but the star of the show is Vincent. As a girl that doesn't get acrylics often, I decided to splurge and get something special for my best friend's wedding. After showing Vincent info pics, the bridesmaid dress, nail inspo, and color scheme, he came up with the perfect shape, length, color scheme and design. I scheduled a follow-up appointment with him before walking out the door.
