They are very accommodating and professional.
The provider is the most knowledgeable doctor I have ever worked with. Out of all medicine combinations I have been on, I finally have one that works, thanks to KNK. Also the receptionist Daniel is very helpful and responsive.
I was not impressed with the therapeutic service provided by Dr. Nzefeh. This was my first time getting therapy so I was excited. The first meeting was him look at anxiety and depression diagnosis. The next was working on a plan for me. My first few meetings were more patient-focused which I was not a fan of. Amazing customer service, I’ve been here for over a year and they take great care of you! They are amazing
Set an appointment for 10am the day before and changed my whole work schedule for it. Even confirmed the appointment when I woke up. Just for them to call and say the time is not available literally messed up my whole schedule
