We have been dealing with knk for quite some time now trying to get our ac fixed and they have done absolutely nothing to fix it so the ac stops cooling even when it it set to on. We have rescheduled about 3 times already in a week (trying to get the “owner” out here) cause the “owner” always has something come up. If your gonna call yourself the owner of the company live up to that when you say your gonna come out to someone’s house don’t reschedule 3 times probably gonna be a 4th soon.

My compressor froze & I had to use emergency heat prior to the new year..KNK did not reply to my call til 01Jan2018...Charles came & said I needed a new defrost control board and sensor..the office later called & said the price for parts/labor would be $512.00...Since I was anxious for the compressor to be fixed I said OK..However, I thought it was quite high...When the man came the next day to put it in I was shocked at how small the part was & I said "thats $512.00?" & he said "yes."..I had no peace about the incident so I... read more
