History Established in 2006. When Delafield's former knitting store closed, Christmas 2005, two staff members decided that Delafield should not be without a knitting/crochet store. Kathleen and Mary joined forces to form knitch and opened its doors September 2006. In September 2013, Kathleen decided to move on to other interests, and now Mary is the sole owner.
