They called right back, within half hour and stopped to bid the job the same morning. They were honest about whether it could be or was worth sticking money into. Age of it determined the hit water heater should be replaced. They had the old one out, taking care not to leave a big mess, and put the new one in the same day. They even reminded me to change my furnace filter once a month (I'm recently widowed). The best part, is that they're local, you can count on them for quality work that they stand behind.
