I filled out the online form for a request for service in May 2024 about a busted toilet and busted shut-off valve in an older home. I got a call at 6:30 in the morning. A technician arrived at 8:45, pleasant and professional. He had to have the parts person make up a piece to repair. Before 11 am the pipe was repaired. I'm very pleased with the service and cost. We were grossly overcharged. Billed for seven hours to install a kitchen sink that we purchased. Terrible experience.

Had a boiler malfunction with lots of soot blown into our basement. Called Knisely and Jason was at our house and working on the problem within an hour. I would highly recommend them for furnace issues.

Excellent service. The technician came quickly and rescued my mother-in-law from her woes. He provided a quick and inexpensive solution to get her power running again. He also provided a lot of information about long term solutions to some of her antiquated problems. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. After he left, my mother-in-law gushed about how nice he was. I will definitely be using this service for the long term solutions he suggested.
