Took me 2 weeks to get in for service. When I got in, the staff were pleasant and accommodating. The service department spent the day assessing my issues and called me at the end of the day to quote me the pricing for repairs. First was ABS Service light Quoted $300+ for parts and labor. Second was Low Coolant Service light, quoted me a price over the phone of $570 for the part and another $140 for labor. Total repair bill would be about $1000+. I'm disabled and cannot work. These amazing people saw me collecting scrap metal from the dumpster and gave me an entire truck load of metal. Much needed money. A business that is focused on money doesn't do that. One that's focused on people, on community, on integrity, that's the type of business that Knippen is. My truck is 33 years old and came from Knippen. It's my daily driver. It's been from Ohio to Oregon and all places in between. They are good honest people who sell quality vehicles. I can't recommend them enough.

Will not let you use a Chrysler service package purchased elsewhere at this location. Came back to town 6 years later with an issue while traveling. They were willing to work with me to fix the issue, but when I told them I had the extended warranty, suddenly they couldn't fit me in.
