Call them on Wednesday to ask them about doing a recall repair on a 2019 equinox. Started looking into it they never called me back. I called them on Thursday. Told me they couldn’t cover it. Started by telling me they would sell me the new retaining clip for like eight bucks told them I needed the seal that was mentioned in the TSB said they couldn’t sell me the seal the only way to replace it was to replace the entire $200 part that came with the seal pre-installed despite the TSB stating it could be replaced if missing or... read more
