I've purchased several new vehicles in Oklahoma, Knipplemier Chevrolet is head and shoulders above the rest. Jeff the General Manager was super courteous, very timely, and went above and beyond anyone I've ever dealt with in the car business. The Finance Manager and the process were top notch. Finally, Mike, my salesman worked with me for days to find the perfect vehicle, a 2025 Tahoe. He did an outstanding job in all aspects! Been buying Chevys since 1985 from Knippelmier, buying my first two trucks when the Dealership was still downtown Blanchard. Started working with the late Rick Pool, when the Dealership moved to the present highway location and through my last purchase in April 2021. Rick was a great friend! Our experience with Mark Russell, our salesman, and all the staff was amazing. They didn’t pressure us at all during the whole process. I even explained we were also looking at a different brand at another dealership. They still worked with us as though we were only looking at their pickup. We’ve never had an experience as simple as this. This is the type dealership you could send your wife in alone to buy and she’d not have any trouble.
