We signed to sell our land with this agent since what he sold seemed great. He gave us the run down on all the marketing and advertising he does but then tells us that fees are at 7%!!! I understand the 3/3 split but thought he would be a stellar agent that would go above and beyond with those fees and boy were we wrong! He was lazy, we had to contact the buyers agent a minimum of at least 10 times to get our questions answered since his standard response was "I don't know."
