Classes offered are virtual Fitness On Demand classes, Yoga, Tanning, & Self Myofascial Release. We have ISSA and NASM Certified personal trainers. Coming soon will be Certified Nutrition Coaching.

I was in Sheridan for a week and went to Knight Vision Gym every day. Free weights or cable machines this gym has all the equipment. The gym is very well organized, and all the free weights and equipment are in excellent condition and very clean. If you are into power lifting or just into overall fitness, you can find what you need here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a great experience at Kinght Vision.
Best gym in Sheridan! The owner is awesome. Equipment & Facility is always clean; has everything you need. Tanning, red light therapy, love the new hip thrust machine. Such a cool, welcoming vibe.
Can’t say enough good things about Knight Vision! Awesome facility with anything you’d need for all kinds of different fitness goals, in a great location, and the staff are as good of people as you will find! I highly recommend this gym to anyone in the Sheridan area and anyone passing through they were mighty accommodating!
This place is the bomb. I have always wanted to keep myself fit and increasing my strength, this place makes it easy and fun. The owner is very understanding and friendly. The trainers will push you to be your best self even if it hurts. This place is the bomb
