Overall this gym was one of the best I’ve seen in Wyoming. They were fully equipped with all the machines, free weights, and cardio stuff I’d need for essentially any training style. All very nice people to talk to the staff was amazing. and so was the owner. I would recommend this gym to any local, or anyone coming from out of town like I am. Thank you for the experience!

Great gym! Can’t say enough how clean and well maintained this place is. It’s a smaller gym but I literally had everything I could think of to complete my workout. There’s even an archery range… and they were installing red light therapy while I was there. Makes visiting family easy, especially in winter.

Hands down the best gym in Sheridan. Plenty of equipment to get a workout in, from beginners to seasoned athletes. Facility is always clean and equipment is well maintained. Gym has everything from free weights to cable machines, a posing/ yoga room, a boxing and fight room, two tanning beds, red light therapy, a sauna, and shower. Can be a little cramped during the busy times as with anywhere else. The staff and patrons are all friendly and willing to assist.
