It’s funny—when I was actually a client, getting a response was nearly impossible. I called, emailed, waited… nothing. But the second I left a review? Boom—suddenly he’s full of emails and explanations. Where was all this energy when it mattered? Instead of fixing the issue, he chose to gaslight me and go back and forth trying to protect his ego.
