I'm a new renter here and I just read the previous two old reviews about poor management. The owners were responsive to complaints by residents and a new management company has taken over. Personnel are wonderful and responsive. Really is a very beautiful place with a lot more to offer than other rentals in the area. If you're looking to have green space and security rather than concrete and views of the neighboring building, this is definitely the place to be. DO NOT RENT HERE. I am having the same issue as the previous poster. Where they would not do a walk through and promised to contact us after we moved out. We were never contacted, we were simply sent to collection. When I called to discuss what the fees were for, they refused to help me. Save yourself the headache.
DO NOT rent here, this place will rip you off! When we moved out they would not to a walk through with us and instead said they would contact us after we moved. They claimed the carpet was dirty and needed cleaned. Two month later they sent a bill through a collection agency for 851.00, claiming they had to replace the carpet and never once tried to contact us. They will not provide proof either.
