We sent someone to get a pre-purchase evaluation of a replacement vehicle after a house fire which destroyed a work vehicle. The "owner" priced the job x2 higher than Bingo where we went but the owner was very mean & unprofessional, refusing to help when a family member was 3+ hrs from home and he was 1 mile from their shop. Bingo's helped in a pitch, as appreciated and typical for small biz owners. The woman who answers the phone is not very accommodating or nice, in fact I suggest she is not well. The person who answers the phone is usually an example of who they are in terms of honesty and integrity. Some people, this group has very little of both. Their quoted prices were also double for similar work.
Brought my Suburban in for a/c repair and rear shock replacement. I was greeted by Alexis (AHHHMAZING) and she listened attentively and conveyed all of my concerns to the mechanics who fixed me up quickly, efficiently, and professionally!! Great experience!!! A++++++ all the way around!!!
This is a great family owned auto repair shop! I have used them multiple times and I know of other family/friends that use Knights as well and we are always satisfied with their work! Highly recommend! Alexa the office manager is the bestest ever!!
