Victor was exceptional! He was very prompt fast in and out, thorough, pleasant, and did a fantastic job!! I am very, very pleased! It was an emergency situation, that he was able to quell, and now everything is calm again!! It all started with Courtney, however! She was very pleasant and assuring, and made every effort to get us the help we needed, at the end of a busy Sunday, and they both deserve raises, in my humble opinion! Knight’s plumping is a great service to work with.
I was able to schedule prompt service for a semi-emergency water line leak in the front yard of my father's property that required digging. After fixing the water line, they were also able to replace a couple of leaky bathroom faucets during the same appointment. Reasonable pricing for the level of service and they left the site clean.
Michael did an amazing job! He was very thorough in his explanations and extremely courteous. I highly recommend him.
