I had a very disappointing experience at this place. They force you to use their own staff for help, which feels like a scam. When you first visit, they only show you the benefits and make everything look great before you sign the contract. However, once you return, they start charging you for many unnecessary things. I do not recommend this place due to their misleading practices and hidden fees.
The workers they have there to help people with Voting are VERY NASTY you would expect better from older adults maybe they should just volunteer to stay home and be miserable…Never Again!
