Store was great, good service and great prices and options. Me and the wife were shopping for a couch for Christmas. this was 2 1/2 weeks before Christmas. found a good couch on sale, the manager of the store ensured that we would have it before Christmas. - False promises - No communication - Lack of care for the customer - Blaming others for their issues - crappy compensation for all the trouble Long story Short, they rescheduled 4 times on us.
