They refused to refund my money for our 1 night stay and accused us of being the reason there were cockroaches crawling everywhere. We went to check out a college close by and thought ok not the best looking but we were up for an adventure and it has a couple of fast food restaurants across the street but we hadn't taken any food into our room and had checked in and left for the day. This is a basic, but acceptable motel for a stop-over. The pool is closed, and they DO NOT offer the free breakfast the website claims they do (I e-mailed Knights Inn about this), but its cheap (about \$39.00 after tax for me) and clean. Plus, the coffee was fairly good and strong. Id stay there again to save some money. RJT
Do not stay at this hotel. I booked this hotel online and when I got there I was very disapointed. There was mold on the shower curtain, not just a little but a lot. Mold on the towels, and mold on the walls. I also had a cup on the table by the bed for about 30 minutes and when when I went to pick it up it was covered in ants. Needless to say, I checked out quickly and went to another hotel.
The hotel is a dump. The outside doors have huge gaps. The chain lock was broken. It was 15 degrees outside and would not get warm because the outside air was coming inside. We tried 2 rooms and then left to get another hotel.
Superior Customer Service @ 7:38 pm on Tuesday, June 3, 2008 inquiring about rates for one room/double occupancy. $64.65 = 4 people and the fifth person OKAY! However, they do not have a couch in the room so someone would be sleeping on the floor. *** Sleeping Bag would be good!! ***
I found this motel from travel coupon. It gave us very good rates. After I booked, I found they charged a little bit more. So, I told them that they overcharged. Theyve never said sorry. Amount was less than \$1. But it is not about money, about their attitude. They should say sorry but never did. It makes me very upset. Motel conditions are poor, bad customer service....
