The staff were very nice and friendly. The room had some remodeling but still needs a lot more , especially on details. Needs a good cleaning. Birds in the a/c window unit woke my husband up at 5:00 a.m. No continental breakfast as the 3rd party seller claimed. Never has had breakfast. The manager was helpful and did the best he was able to do with the circumstances. Don’t recommend it unless you’re too tired to drive any further.
I had to stop overnight unexpectedly because of a flat tire on a trailer and a tornado warning. It was so nice to have a place where I felt comfortable. The room was clean, and while it took a little while for the hot water to get hot, the shower was lovely and needed. The manager was nice and very helpful - above and beyond the normal needs. I was so thankful.
Front desk scheduled around 12:50am is lazy and rude!
This was based off a complicated situation so my expectations were based off income. Off the bat, it took some time to get some one to come to the desk. The stay itself, I’m thankful I didn’t need heat during my stay because it was a plug in heater. Unplugged it immediately. When trying to shower night one, it basically flooded the floor and took all the towels to dry up so showered at a friends there one.
