Front desk scheduled around 12:50am is lazy and rude!
This was based off a complicated situation so my expectations were based off income. Off the bat, it took some time to get some one to come to the desk. The stay itself, I’m thankful I didn’t need heat during my stay because it was a plug in heater. Unplugged it immediately. When trying to shower night one, it basically flooded the floor and took all the towels to dry up so showered at a friends there one. We booked our daughter here just this last weekend so she wouldn't be driving home in the bad weather. The room was clean. But....1. When she went to check in around 5 on her supper break there was no one at the desk and no one came when she rang the bell. She finally had to go knock on a door to find someone. 2. The room was cold. Floor heater hardly put out any heat and there was no where off the floor to plug in the extra heater. She slept fully clothed, plus pjs and her coat. 3. Plug in space heater heat.
I was an extended stay guest I do not get housekeeping services throughout my stay, I got lockout of my room multiple times, the last I couldn't reach anyone at the front desk after many attempts with freezing temps
