Reserved a room with booking. When we arrived they wouldn't rent me the room because my email address name didn't match my ID, credit card, and the booking under my legal name. The front desk child proceeded to make fun of my hearing disability, lie about receiving information from Booking.com as I had them on the phone. Yell at me, gave booking.com and myself false contact information, and found it funny to proceed to talk shit in her native tongue. I would highly recommend finding better accommodations.
