The front desk customer service interaction is good, but when i open my room door, i see the reality, what u see on their side pictures not what u re going to get, honestly bed and pillows and blankets all clean and fresh note this point even towels are clean but floor look so bad sticky mold, dusty and chairs, furniture all came from jung yard so disgusting, when i open the door i smell pie, i don't know where is come from, i don't feel peace, not even kleenex they provide, but price premium hotel price worst experience tha... read more
