This 'motel/hostel' used to be 75% occupied by Ontario Works and Ontario Disability recipients. Accordingly it was mid to long term sub $1000 monthly rates. The L-T Bd refused to recognized the "tenancies" and now the same managers will not rent beyond 3 days. The back of the motel is worse than "the Hub" and dangerous and the front half has been renovated but has little to no service for $100 a night. Avoid.
