Amazing hospitality and ambiance. Hotel is right off I-10 and right at the Arizona-California border. I called before to make a booking and they kindly asked me to call them once I was on the way so they could have the room with AC ready for me. Really cheap rates for an almost luxurious experience. I’ve driven the entirety of I-10 West starting in Jacksonville all the way to California and this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at so far. EDIT to respond to the owners elaborate response. You must have us confused with another customer. We never asked for a refund, never complained or called choice hotels. As I mentioned in the original review below, we simply stayed in a different hotel down the road. I can understand you are not happy about this review but there is no reason to make up false stories.
