Not very friendly staff
I booked a hotel room on priceline for the wrong knights inn. The front desk told me to call priceline when I asked for a refund. Priceline called me and said he declined the refund and I needed to call him to see if he could make "an exception to their policy." He lied when I called him, he blamed priceline for denying it. I told him priceline just told me to call him and ask for refund. He told me no because all the rooms are booked up, it's too late. It's 3pm right now, normal hotel check in time.
