Booked a king room over 2 months in advance. On arrival the clerk said, "you booked a king but we only have a double available." I asked to cancel and for a refund. Clerk acted like they were calling someone, said no manager available, and refused to help me. The company will not responded via phone or email. This is blatant fraudulent activity.
Very clean with no issues! Keyboard had a malfunction once but was quickly resolved. Shower was hot and had some power behind it. Beds were comfortable.
Horrible experience! don't waste your money.
