Positives: His work quality is excellent. Negatives: Larry takes his time. Our job was authorized on October 29,2025. He said he'd order the boiler and it should be done fairly quickly. November 19 he said he was getting the permit taken care of (Didn't happen until December 15). On November 28 I asked if it was going to be done before the end of the year as it would qualify for an energy tax credit. He said "Yes." Larry came out to install a furnace for me when nobody else would take the job. Professional, fast, and he made the Installation look nice. Highly recommended A good man that deserves business serving a growing community
My central air was on its last legs and needed to be replaced. After a different company wanted to charge me for multiple consultations before even quoting a replacement, I called Knight to get a second opinion. They came out to inspect the day I called and explained in detail what needed to be replaced. In about a week, they had a new unit quoted, delivered and installed. Quick, professional, and no nonsense.
Great service great prices very reliable. Very nice and easy to deal with. They went above and beyond for us where no other heating and cooling company would even take the job. Very much appreciated! Thank You!
Larry and Travis were both very professional and did an excellent job working on my furnace. They came quickly when I called and were able to get it running while we waited for the part to come in. I really appreciate Travis stopping in on his way home to install the part. Pricing was very fair and will definitely be giving them a call for my future heating and cooling needs.
