I had an incredibly disappointing and painful experience at this dentist's office. I went in for a tooth extraction, and from the moment the procedure started, I knew something was wrong. The dentist was aggressive and overly rough, causing unnecessary pain that was completely avoidable. The way they handled my tooth was brutal, my entire jaw hurts and the extraction itself felt far more traumatic than it needed to be. Dr. Knight is AMAZING!! I originally came in for a basic cleaning, but unfortunately I had to get a different type of cleaning. When I asked Dr. Knight about just doing the basic cleaning, she explained in detail the difference in the cleaning I wanted and the cleaning that I NEEDED, and even did a hands on demonstration video to show the differences in the cleaning. Dr. Knight is not just out to get your money and actually cares about her patients!! I am definitely making her my permanent dentist!!!
I arrived to my appt 10 minutes early then waited about an hour to be seen.
If I can give this place zero stars, I would!! The worst customer service I have ever had in my life. The Doctor was so rude and nasty.She was so rough and almost felt like she was doing it in purpose.I came in needing three teeth pulled out and one in the back was hurting really bad. She told me that I wasn’t in pain and had no sympathy for my pain. I never felt so uncomfortable in my life. I end up leaving. I never got my teeth pulled. They did issue a refund.The front desk lady however was very nice .
I really appreciate the time Dr. Knight take to explain everything to me and allow me to ask questions. She very personal, it's like talking to an old friend. Her staff is awesome. I have never waited too long in the waiting room and the staff keeps me posted while I wait. Thanks again Dr. Knight and your awesome staff.
