Visited this practice on 5.8.25 for a tooth extraction. I am a nervous patient and previously not had the best experiences at other dentist surgeries.But this place is amazing! All the staff there are kind, patient and understanding. The dentist is an absolute legend. So calm,and caring which made me calm. Got encouraged to join denplan by team here, but didn't seem to get a call or a mention when I was due a checkup or hygenist. I have not been there in over a year and found I am still being charged by denplan. If I am supposed to make the bookings myself then they needed to have explained that. I also had a dodgy wisdom tooth for years which I mentioned to them upon starting with them. Really kind and understanding receptionist when I called and was able to get me seen quite quickly. Dentist and nurse were also really kind and caring and started treatment immediately. Really recommend especially if you have a fear or anxiety at attending dental surgeries as team are very empathetic and supportive. First rate care from Karim today re my broken tooth. He was gentle, explained things well and got the job done with minimum fuss. I'm grateful to the practice for fitting me in with him despite my being Raj's patient. How lucky the practice is to have 2 such excellent dentists.
I went to pick up my top denture that had an extra tooth added . It didn't feel comfortable and Karim did a temporary reline for no extra cost. He is so helpful. I feel comfortable now. I find Raj and Karim and Zoe the nurse very caring. I have been with the practice for several years now.
