I hired James to install a door build a roof over steps and replace soffit panels. The door install was ok. HE NEVER FINISH ANY OF THE OTHER WORK. He came up with continuous sad stories so I paid him the full estimated. price. The soffit panels he put up all blew down. He had assured me that they were all screwed place. Not a single panel had a screw in it. He never secured the roof over the steps the frame so it is blowing up and down and the roof will soon blow off.
