Amazing Service!! They give one hour arrival times, which is great, no waiting around. I called and was able to get in the next day. My daughter mazing sehad gotten sick on the sofa and den carpet, it was very smelly, they got it all out and it smells great.
The best in Columbus!!! I cant believe how amazing my carpet looks!! Knights did a WONDERFUL job! They got up a red wine stain that I had tried everything on. The guys were VERY nice and showed up on TIME!! Thank you , thank you, thank you for doing such a good job here. I will deff recommend you and call u back in the future!! AWESOME!!!
Excellent job!!!! They did an amazing job. It started when I called about a burn in my carpet. Matt was really helpful offering ideas on how to get the job done. He was able to get me an appointment in less than 48 hours. He was on time and didnât take long to do an excellent job. By the time he was done I couldnât tell where the burn was. I will definitely recommend them to anyone. Way to go guys!
don't call anyone else Called these guys at the last minute, as I was going through the phone book. I will never call anyone else again. They were, fast, courteous and did a heck of a job. My sister used them on my recommendation and probably has them on speed dial (pets). Very professional and timely. No wrong tunr here...A++++++++++++++++++++
Knight's is GREAT! The two guys that came to clean my carpets were right on time and very professional yet friendly. They cleaned my entire bottom floor and couch in about an hour. It looks fantastic and they price was very reasonable. I didn't have any large stains, but the couch was very dirty and it looks wonderful. I would highly recommend them.
