To all of Knight's folks , especially Justin and Rita, I can't thank you guys enough for your absolutely excellent efforts last week on behalf of my daughter Lydia and her 2013 Subie Outback with the completely shredded clutch. You really went above and beyond by making sure they got to/from a local hotel while you very quickly took car of the car. Less than 24hr turnaround! Amazing. She and her friends were able to continue their road trip with no worries, thanks to Knight's. Thank you!! Dan
Highly recommend. Highly honest - they suggested I NOT make certain repairs because my car likely wouldn't be usable long enough to make it work it. They helped me know what to look for when buying a car. All service I have had there has been done well and timely. They are friendly and helpful.
great service. friendly ,kept everything socially distant but didn't lose the friendly helpful touch. Car was repaired quickly with no overselling of other services. I just moved to this area and I think I finally found an honest reputable repair shop. I highly recommend Knight's. .
Brought my Jeep in during COVID19, all discussion and payment was over the phone - dropped my keys in the box and picked up the Jeep next day with keys in it. They even cleaned disinfected the inside of the Jeep and left a hand written note. The Jeep was spotless! Awesome experience and great communication as they assessed the work that needed to be done. Highly recommend.
Recently my Dodge Durango was in for service. I told them about a 3 year old problem I had been having with the front end. It was at Johnson Dodge 3 separate occasions and they could not fix the issue. Since I was I. For service I told Rita about it and Knights took a look at it and made some changes and rides great. Was thinking about getting rid of it but now I think I will keep it. Thanks to Justin and Rita!!
I just want to say a big and sincere THANK YOU to Rita, Justin, and Knight's Automotive Repair. Thank you for your help and your honesty. My SUV died on me yesterday in the middle of Rt 80 during rush hour (fun) - I had it towed to Knight's because it was close to home only to find out how amazing they are. Best auto shop I’ve ever been to- one of the best small businesses period I’ve ever dealt with. If you are within driving distance, this is where you need to service your vehicle. I live in Middlesex County. I am working construction in Wharton and lost my brakes I stumblI stumbled upon knights automotive they provided a tow truck they got me a hotel room they drove me to come and pick me up from the hotel room after my job was complete I have nothing but kind words to say about the professionalism of this company I highly recommend them
