We recently got our hose bibb replaced as it was leaking a lot. Andy Roeder was our technician and he did a fantastic job! He also provided some great tips on how to maintain the life of it as well as winterizing care. Highly recommend!

Our Technician, Andy Roeder, was prompt, consultative, and worked quickly to resolve our major issue of a plumbing concern with our shower. Not only did he do a great job with that, he also installed a new kitchen faucet at the request of my partner. We couldn’t have been happier with this service call. Andy was great! He made my basement’s “Pittsburgh potty” the nicest toilet in the house! Made quick work of a supply valve replacement and new toilet at my rental in Bay View. Really appreciate how timely and communicative Knight is to work with.
