Horrible experience, took deposit and never performed any work. I am writing this on behalf of my parents who are retired, out-of-state, and have been way to patient for whom I would call a thief. I personally have called the business 5x over the last month, attempting to discuss the situation with John the owner. He did not return a single call, even though messages sent as "urgent". 0 effort from the business to resolve.
