If you want to open the windows or slider in the nicer weather, make sure the neighbor is not a pothead . I can’t open mine because pot and cigarettes fill my apartment.. in the winter it smells nasty Af .. she smokes in the apartment . He will give her a slap on the wrist.. my apartment smells like her , stale and fresh weed and cigarettes.. also if his lease says no smoking .. it’s not true, you can smoke no matter what the lease says.. I guess only some people matter lmao
Listed a house for sale that should be a tear down asking top dollar. Housing department should be called on that house. Kept my deposit on a house that was supposed to be "turn key"
I have been a tenant of Kevin's for nearly 7 years and sadly have decided to move from my apt. on Sumner Ave. I would like to extend my most sincere gratitude for being some AWESOME people. Kevin, Sandy and a great n speedy maintaince team. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Knight Realty to anyone who is looking for beautiful, clean and well maintained properties with decent floor plans. I'm making a change, but should life bring me back to western Ma. I'll definitely return to a Knight Realty property.
