They do have a speedy response and good phone relations good at first but twice I have ordered oil and both times the bill exceeded what I paid for. First time I paid $550 cash and the delivery driver said he would be back only to receive a $70 bill in the mail. Next time I disputed a fraudulent prime and start charge of $45 dollars, they lied and said another tenant called them back but I would have had to let them in threw my apartment, they still said they wouldn't drop it and was even charged a finance charge on top of t... read more
