Went and bought diapers today and customer service was fantastic!! Will definitely be buying from them again.
Extremely disappointed with customer service. A staff member agreed to hold an item for a family member to pick up as I was not allowed to pay over the phone (which I offered). My brother drove across town only to be informed that the items were sold. After some back and forth the employed lied about agreeing to hold the item and said he had to fill a phone order! (Remember, I was not allowed to order over the phone. ) Nonsense. Would not trust this business.
My condolences to the Knight medical crew. It's tough to lose a member of the family. R.I.P Cale, you will be missed.
