Larry and Travis were both very professional and did an excellent job working on my furnace. They came quickly when I called and were able to get it running while we waited for the part to come in. I really appreciate Travis stopping in on his way home to install the part. Pricing was very fair and will definitely be giving them a call for my future heating and cooling needs.
We bought our house May 2023 and hadn't turned on the HVAC yet due to big renovations going on. With the weather being so hot on and off lately we decided to give the AC a go and noticed the fan was working but no cold air blowing out which was a bummer with the expectation of it being a hot summer. Scheduled with Knight Heating & Cooling and Larry came out to inspect it for us and found a part in it ended up burning out and needed replaced which he did really quickly for a fair price. I really appreciated our experience with Knight. Our furnace failed, and Knight came extremely quickly. He warned me that it would keep failing, wrote me an estimate quickly for a furnace/AC, zero pressure, no sales gimmicks. We got a few other quotes but Knights straight-shooting, use of a quality brand, excellent communication, and quick turnaround made them a no-brainer. Larry does a great job and he is very reasonable. He's done work on two of my houses and he's done work for others in my family and our church. He beat one estimate by $1,500 on one of the jobs.
