Prompt service. Called another company first and was told the soonest they could come out would be the end of November, 3 weeks away. I said you understand I have no heat all she said was sorry. Then I called Knight Heating and Cooling and they said they could come out this morning. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly fixed the issue, although I need to replace one of the thermostats on my old 4 zone system. I can live with that. Will definitely use Knight Heating and Cooling again. Unfortunate to have to leave this review. After calling and emailing over 3 times to get an appointment scheduled to install a thermostat in our wall furnace, they installed it, charged us, and it has never worked since. We had renters at the time of install who informed us it they didn’t use it as they couldn’t figure out how to turn it on. We returned a few months later to find it didn’t work for us either. We asked them to come to get it checked out again only to find out they wouldn’t come to check it out unless we paid ... read more
Two messages left on consecutive days. No return call despite the assurance on the answering system that they would return the call promptly. Apparently not interested in our business 🤨 NOW I got a response to my review that they returned my call and left a message and that is totally false. We went to their supposed sequim location. NO ONE there and doesn't look occupied. All previous reviews are almost a year old up to 7 years ago. Begs the question about the authenticity of this business.
