What a great company! Knowledgeable and friendly crew. The service is excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure we knew how the new system and thermostat worked. I would highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs. Brent even made a step for my attic stairs. Thank you!
Our furnace stopped working, had two technicians come and diagnose what was wrong. The first one, said heat exchange was cracked, and needed a new system. Received four estimates over the phone, that ranged from 18,000 to 32,000. Had Jeff from Knight heating and Air in Branson come out and look at it. He said that heat exchanged was carbon up and would need a new system, but it was not cracked. He also fixed it so it would work., if I had to use it. Bought a HVAC system for two properties at the same time. One in Christian county, and one in Taney county. Used Knight for both, but there are two different offices. The Branson sales and installation techs were fantastic. They sized the unit properly (was slightly oversized), and they installed it perfectly. No complaints whatsoever with that process. During this time, I was told about their "VIP service" plan. Both offices have this plan. It happens about 6 months - a year after your unit is installed where they come out ... read more
Highly recommend! Had them install a new Trane heat pump in our condo. Reasonable, and competitive pricing. Brent, the manager and Summer and Carla in the office are great. Installers James, Jim, Jeff were also polite, respectable and competent. My highest praise though is for Mike who I believe was the lead installer. You could not find a better guy!
