We finally had to “lay to rest” our old heating & cooling system here near Table Rock Lake. I was referred to Knight Heating & Cooling Branson by a trusted friend who services systems (but does not do new installs anymore). The folks from Knights have been top notch from start to finish. They provided guidance, recommendations, an accurate estimate of cost and Brent even came out to check/measure things to make sure we were purchasing the correct size unit. Scott was very professional,was in and out in a timely matter and was very knowledgeable about what the problem was. I felt comfortable in his presence and he was also friendly with my kids and myself. I feel bad, he arrived at my door right as I was in the middle of a mom scream about shoes 🤣 sorry about that, he handled it well. Highly recommend.

What a great company! Knowledgeable and friendly crew. The service is excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure we knew how the new system and thermostat worked. I would highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs. Brent even made a step for my attic stairs. Thank you!

Our furnace stopped working, had two technicians come and diagnose what was wrong. The first one, said heat exchange was cracked, and needed a new system. Received four estimates over the phone, that ranged from 18,000 to 32,000. Had Jeff from Knight heating and Air in Branson come out and look at it. He said that heat exchanged was carbon up and would need a new system, but it was not cracked. He also fixed it so it would work., if I had to use it.
