Scott was very professional,was in and out in a timely matter and was very knowledgeable about what the problem was. I felt comfortable in his presence and he was also friendly with my kids and myself. I feel bad, he arrived at my door right as I was in the middle of a mom scream about shoes 🤣 sorry about that, he handled it well. Highly recommend.

Our furnace stopped working, had two technicians come and diagnose what was wrong. The first one, said heat exchange was cracked, and needed a new system. Received four estimates over the phone, that ranged from 18,000 to 32,000. Had Jeff from Knight heating and Air in Branson come out and look at it. He said that heat exchanged was carbon up and would need a new system, but it was not cracked. He also fixed it so it would work., if I had to use it.
