We had a bad experience with another company today after our furnace went out. They said we had to replace our whole furnace so we got a second opinion. Terry came over quickly and got it resolved within 15 minutes. It turned out to be a quick fix. The other company charged us more than double what Terry did just to come out and look at our furnace. I will call Knight Heating and Air first in the future. He was very friendly, professional and fast!
