My husband, Daniel and I own a hardwood Business and we ALWAYS use this store. He went in today and like every other time the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL!! We have used some of the other hardwood distributors before and they are always rude, can't ask them questions, out of stock, and/or more expensive. When we come into Knights we are greeted by everyone, they diligently help you find what you need, and are priced amazingly! We recommend them to everyone we know in the business! A+++
